Dr. Gallardo provides both counseling and coaching services. Counseling sessions focus on therapeutic support for emotional and psychological healing, while coaching programs are designed for personal growth, relationship improvement, and goal setting. Coaching programs are not covered by insurance.

Couples counseling is focused on treating relationship issues that are connected to psychiatric disorders based on medical necessity. This means the treatment is centered around managing diagnosed mental health conditions.
Coaching is different—it’s action-focused and future-oriented. We don’t focus on diagnoses but instead provide practical tools and guidance right from the first session to help couples set goals, improve communication, and build healthier, happier relationships.

Access to the course for one year from the start date

No, all coaching programs are non-refundable. Please ensure you are fully committed before enrolling.

No, all services are conducted via Zoom, Doxy allowing clients to feel safe and comfortable in their own space

Yes, individual sessions can be scheduled based on availability.

I do NOT prescribe medication. If you are interested in starting medication, I will work
with you in our sessions to see if it is beneficial for you and refer you to a Psychiatrist or
Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) who is an expert in prescribing medication for mental health
